I have numerous friends who are set on this idea that starting the day off with water and lemon is magically going to aid their weight loss efforts. It’s a good start – but it’s no jackpot!
Dietitians ‘in the know’ say that water won’t magically help you fight that flab. In fact, no beverage in and of itself is a silver bullet for slimming (sad but true I’m afraid!).
The sad fact is that many of us begin to watch what we eat when we decide to go on a diet…and totally forget about what we are actually drinking. This leads to obvious diet problems, namely failure.
