The internet is a very strange beast – just the other day a simple (Google) search for ‘why weight goes to your butt’ brought back a tidal wave of slightly…strange articles!
Okay, okay I admit – on this site I’m usually helping people LOSE their butt weight but it seems as though not everyone is after that effect…
Well it’s a strange world after all…and some people (female) want that bigger butt look…but the majority want the complete opposite!
We’ve all heard about the dietary red flags for butt weight by now:
- Reduce foods that contain phytoestrogenic compounds
- Consume foods that act as estrogen inhibitors in the body
- Consume foods that act as overall detoxifiers in the body
- And on, and on, and on…
But at the end of the day it really does boil down to ‘Eat Less & MOVE MORE’ (a little harsh but sometimes you’ve got to be cruel to be kind!).
So the video above is a great workout resource from expert Amber Nimedez and filmmaker Richard Benton – who have both put together this video for livestrong.com (a great site even though I could probably class it as competition!).
