  1. You have tempted me to have a closer look at this product. I have seen it advertised in the past and never took much notice, but your in-depth review has made me think again.

    It is all too tempting to want to lose weight fast, but the problem is keeping it off. I think maybe it is better to change habits slowly and gradually lose weight. Is this the type of program one would want to keep doing once the weight is lost or would one get bored and revert back to old habits?

      Yeah it’s easy enough to follow and to implement. By ‘limited time’, how much time are we talking about exactly there? This, like most diet programs, does require a slight time discipline.
