Mike Geary – Changing Your Eating Habits

So who is this Mike Geary dude, and why should you be listening to the information he’s put out there?

Well, he’s actually been in the health and fitness industry now for just over two decades. He’s a renowned certified personal trainer, nutrition adviser, and he’s released numerous books on fitness.

He’s also a regular writer for popular magazines Oxygen and Muscle & Fitness.

Good Eating Habits to Lose Weight

So, what’s inside the box?

This extremely popular eBook has been put together to provide its readers with a proper step by step guide on changing eating habits to lose weight.

It lets the reader know about the most ‘dangerous’ foods in their current diet, then suggests a selection of options to replace these foods with. These replacement food options usually consist of foods with high fat burning potential, along with a variety of healthy fruits and vegetables.

Readers are also taught how to evaluate numerous foods on a nutritional level, so there is no confusion when it comes to so–called ‘healthy choices’ being dangerous to your diet.

The book also goes one step further in educating the reader in the newly discovered scientific facts behind the reasons why these specific ‘bad choices’ ruin diets.

On a personal level, I was really shocked by the chapter that covered the consumption of whole wheat. Did you know that whole wheat is linked to Alzheimer’s, cancer, and various types of diabetes?

The book also covers actionable steps to slim down and lose weight permanently, and efficiently. You will be taught how to activate your body’s own personal fat eradicating hormones, increase your metabolism, and even repair your digestive system.

The Fat Burning Kitchen – A Two Phase System

The Fat Burning Kitchen eBook is 123 pages long, and to make things simple, it is split up into two easy to follow phases.

Phase One concentrates on educating you about harmful ‘healthy options’ out there and why they are bad for you (this was the most shocking part of the book for me!).

Let’s take a closer look at the chapters involved in this first phase of the book…

1. Foods Made with Refined Flour and Corn Products

2. Food & Drinks Containing High Fructose Corn Syrup

3. Margarine, Vegetable Oils, Trans Fats, Crisco

4. Artificial Sweeteners – Splenda, NutraSweet, Saccharin

5. Commercial Pasteurized Dairy

6. Commercially Raised Meats; Farm-Raised Fish

7. Soy milk, Tofu, TVP

8. Sports/Energy Drinks

9. Energy Bars

10. Processed Foods, Weight-loss Meals, Diet Snacks, and Diet Desserts

Let’s take a look at the chapters involved in the second phase of The Fat Burning Kitchen…

The Good & The Bad

  • A pretty easy read. I’ve lost track of the amount of times I’ve opened a health and fitness book only to be smothered in a sea of jargon almost instantly. This eBook is penned in a very easy to understand manner.
  • This eBook is written by someone (Mike Geary) who actually practices what they preach and are literally well known for doing so.
  • The book goes to great pains to make sure it prepares you for those ‘down days’ and to help you control your hunger cravings. Diets and health systems are not easy, and we’re only human at the end of the day. We ALL have moments of weakness from time to time!
  • The book doesn’t just concentrate on general weight loss, it also offers numerous tips for overall health improvements.
  • Mike Geary has also included a set of training exercises in the book. Along with healthy eating tips, readers are provided with various fat burning exercises as well.
  • If you’re anything like me, you hate being confronted with a sea of black text to learn from! Thankfully, Geary has opted to include a wide selection of video tutorials that further dive into nutrition.
  • 60 Day Refund Guarantee. You get to try the program out for a full 60 days…and if it’s not for you…simply grab a refund before the time limit is up (you have nothing to lose!!!).

  • It only comes in digital format, so for those of you that like a book in your hands…you’ll have to hit up your printer!
  • Some people may find it all too much when they realise that most of their diet is made up of these bad health choices.

Our Final Take on The Fat Burning Kitchen

For the low price ($10) and the 60 days money back guarantee this really is a no-brainer. If you are willing to put in the work and follow the advice in Mike Geary’s Fat Burning Kitchen, I am almost 100% positive you’ll be happy with the results you get.

When I was reviewing the system, I was more than impressed by the effort that had gone into it’s construction, and the amount of times it managed to surprise me. I had NO IDEA about the wrong ‘healthy choices’ I had been consuming over the years.

With the help of the Mike’s advice you will be able to totally transform your diet and lose weight quickly and easily. This is one of the most effective programs out there and it will offer you results very fast…

  1. Very great article. I just signed up at my place of work for a 60 day challenge to lose 10 pounds. I have been wondering whether it would be possible since I gained the weight suddenly over 1 year after menopause. The eBook seems interesting and worth investigating. Healthy eating is not only good for loosing weight but also good for preventing disease.

    Thanks for your post.

    1. Hey there Olufemi!

Well congrats on signing up for such a positive ride at work, I really hope you nail it. 🙂

If you do decide that this is the guide for you, pop back here and let us know how it went for you. Good luck!

  2. Dear Chris,

Thanks a lot for the thorough and comprehensive review post.

I am trying to reduce my weight and while doing some research online I came across your helpful and informative review post. I got helpful insights from your review post.

A look inside on what we will be getting/learning from The Fat Burning Kitchen eBook is very helpful. While reading the topics itself I can realize the value of the content I am going to get. This is very helpful in making my purchase decision.

The price is affordable and the 60 days money back guarantee is just like icing on the cake. I prefer reading eBooks so this is on my list.

    Much Success!

    1. Well it sounds like a good fit all round then Paul!

Happy days, I hope you find the results you are looking for with it. Good luck! 🙂

  3. What!? Whole wheat makes us sick? Could cause Alzheimer’s disease and different forms of diabetes!?

We are taught to replace our heavily starchy foods with whole wheat and we go through stress trying to process it ourselves and even prepare it for eating. For those that buy it already processed, they have to pay heavily for it. And all these are just to get ourselves into more health trouble.

I would get this book The Fat Burning Kitchen eBook, and recommend it to my friends too. We need a health re education.

    1. I know! It’s a bit of a shocker isn’t it Peace?

That’s the one part of the book that really made me sit up and take notice…

  4. That’s a very comprehensive review and it looks like a good alternative for people who want to do less active work in order to reduce their weight. I would go by your conclusion that preventing weight loss is better than puting in place corrective measures. I spend most of my time in the lab sitting but I make sure that I jog twice in a day during breaks to prevent accumulation of calories in me.

However, it’s good to know that such a product exist and its obvious it doesnt cost much. Thanks for the information.

  5. This looks like a really good book for people trying to lose weight!  You are right it is all about habit and if you can break your bad habits and create healthy habits you can succeed in anything, like weight loss.

This is the main reason people don’t lose weight because they just fall back into old, bad habits.

    Thanks for the book idea!

    1. Hi Kris,

Yeah for some reason it’s human nature to slip back into these bad habits…even after the intense amount of effort someone has put into losing the weight in the first place! (madness!).

  6. I totally need this to help get my own fat rear-end back into shape. My problem is just that I love food so much that I eat far too much of it, when the opportunity presents itself. It’s not like I don’t eat healthy foods too, because I certainly do. But that’s just it, I like all types of food, healthy and unhealthy. Whatever it is, if I like it, I’m going to want more of it than I should probably eat, lol. With that said, I should probably invest the 10 bucks and just get the book. I like the way the chapters are laid out and the fact entire chapters are dedicated to different categories of foods. That’s the kind of stuff we all need to know to help us make better nutritional decisions. Thanks for sharing!

    1. Hi there Mark!

Well it certainly sounds like this would be $10 well spent in your case. Learning about the correct things to eat would be an important step for you mate (by the sounds of things!).

  7. Wow! Wrong healthy choices huh! Never heard of that before, and this alone has really gotten me interested in reading this ebook.

It seems to have interesting info that I am yet to find in any other weight lose program or product.

To think that I have always been encouraged to resort to wheat as a better choice for healthier living, and this totally contradicts that.

I guess I would have to read the whole book to find out if there is any scientific thesis backing this up. ( not that I doubt the possibility ) just to understand the aspect better.

    Will be checking it out

    1. Hi Queen,

Yeah the wheat angle has really surprised a few visitors to this article – it surprised me when I first read it!

  8. This is an interesting article for a person like me because I am tired of seeing the effects of everything I eat showing in my body. I will love to buy this and try it out.

It’s really painful when you put all your efforts into losing weight but not seeing any positive results. But with this kind of book, you don’t stop eating but just replace the wrong foods with the right ones and you are good to go and lose weight. Thanks.

    1. Hi Augusta,

Yep – once you’ve replaced those foods with better options you’d be surprised at how fast you see a difference in your weight…and you won’t end up starving yourself either (like some diet plans!!!).

  9. Hi Chris,

I’m thrilled to have found this post on how to change eating habits to lose weight. I’ve been an advocate of a low-carb diet for years, but it’s not always easy to maintain. I think the Fat Burning Kitchen will be an excellent addition to my library because it’s always good to have practical tips. I like the idea of a nutritional blueprint. Thanks for the helpful info!

    1. No problem Linda!

To be honest it’s great to hear that this guide is of interest to you and your health efforts. Good luck with it! 🙂

  10. Execess Fat has never been helpful for the body’s metabolism, I’m looking forward to reading the book if not for anything, at least to see how whole wheat contributes to Alzheimers

Does the book in any way make reference to exercises to help complement the Fat Burning Kitchen Diet?

The review is very informative. Cheers

  11. This is a good comprehensive review and it seems a good arternative for people who do not like active exercise. and you are right if you can unlearn bad habits and learn good habits then you can lose weight. This is the reason that people do not lose weight and fall back into their old habits. thanks for sharing;

  12. This sounds like a very sensible book. A way to show people how to eat healthily rather than diet food and being hungry. It seems to be exactly what is required nowadays with all this big diet companies and their systems that don’t change the way they think about food etc. I think they set people up to fail, to keep them coming back and paying out a fortune.

Whereas this book is a good price and will actually help people by educating them on proper healthy eating.

Well done, a good review. If I didn’t already eat healthily and hadn’t educated myself on the subject, I would buy this book,it would have saved me months of research.
